‘DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?’
We are an online store however we do have a selection of our stock available for you to shop at Ula Boutique (Dukes, The Palm) and at the Urban Market Concept Store (Radisson Red, Silicon Oasis). We do accept exchanges/returns on online orders - see our ‘Delivery/Returns’ page for further information.
‘WHERE IS MY ORDER DISPATCHED FROM?’
We are lucky enough to call Dubai our Home; therefore all orders will be prepared and dispatched from Dubai. We do ship Worldwide using a very reliable courier service; please see our ‘Delivery/Returns’ section for more information.
‘CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE COMPLETED CHECKOUT?’
Once you have completed your order, our Team is working hard to ensure it is packed and dispatched ASAP. Therefore, it is not always possible for us to change/cancel your order. Please always check your order and details before completing the checkout. If you do need to cancel/make amendments, please contact us (email@example.com or via our Instagram) at the earliest convenience and we will try our best to accommodate this for you.
‘HOW DOES ‘PRE-ORDER’ WORK?’
Sometimes we will offer specific products on pre-order; this may be new products or current stock that has sold out. Pre-order allows you to be one step ahead to secure these items. We will require full-payment at checkout for all ‘pre-order’ items and an estimated delivery date will be provided on the product page. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact delivery date however you will be notified once the order has been dispatched.
‘I ORDERED BOTH IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS IN ONE ORDER - WILL THEY BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY?’
Yes! We will send your in-stock items first followed by the pre-order items when they arrive with us at the studio. The additional postage will be covered from our-side to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
‘WHY HAVE I RECEIVED A REFUND WHEN I HAVEN’T REQUESTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?’
In the rare event that we no longer have the item you have ordered, due to wrong stock-count/damage of the item, we will send you a full refund for this item. If you have placed an order for only one item, a full refund will be issued including the delivery charge. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
